• We appreciate our guests civic behavior. Respecting the basic rules of coexistence and avoiding, as far as possible, any activity that disturbs the normal coexistence of the rest of the guests.
• We ask that, during REST HOURS (from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.) you try to minimize any type of noise or activity that disturbs the rest of the rest of the guests.
• You are in a NON-SMOKING room, in the event that you could not resist the temptation to smoke in the room, we inform you that this will entail an extra charge of €50, for the deodorization of the room.
• The cleaning of your room is done daily. To make our task easier, we ask you to use the sign to indicate whether or not you want us to do the cleaning. We make a change of bed linen every 4 days of stay. For the towels, if you really need a daily change of them, leave them on the bathroom floor and we will replace them with pleasure. Cleaning hours end at 12:00
• We put at your disposal our tea and coffee service, which we will replace daily, please use the kettle only to boil water. It is not suitable for heating milk or any other product.

•On the day of departure, to facilitate cleaning and disinfection, we ask you to vacate the room before 11:30
• Agradecemos a nuestros huéspedes un comportamiento cívico. Respetando las normas básicas de convivencia y evitando, en la medida de lo posible, cualquier actividad que disturbe la convivencia normal del resto de los huéspedes.
• Les rogamos que, durante las HORAS DE DESCANSO (de 22:00 a 08:00) procuren minimizar cualquier tipo de ruido o actividad que perturbe el descanso del resto de huéspedes
• Se encuentra en una habitación para NO FUMADORES, en el caso de que no pudiera resistir la tentación de fumar en la habitación, le informamos que esto conllevará cargo extra de 50€, por la deodorizacion de la habitación.
• La limpieza de su habitación se realiza diariamente. Para facilitarnos la tarea, le rogamos haga uso del cartel, para indicarnos si desea o no que hagamos la limpieza. Realizamos un cambio de ropa de cama cada 4 días de estancia. Para las toallas, si realmente necesita un cambio diario de las misma, deposítelas en el suelo del baño y se las repondremos con gusto, la limpieza finaliza las 12:00
• Ponemos a su disposición nuestro servicio de te y café, que repondremos a diario, le rogamos utilice el hervidor únicamente para hervir agua. No es apto para calentar leche o cualquier otro producto.
